This picture was made in the 1950s and shows the Pieter de Hooghplein in Maarssen. The houses at the rightern part of the photo are the houses along the Jan Steenstraat, these houses are still there. The most of the other houses are replaced for newer buildings around 1990.
The square itselfs has become a large parking space, instead of the grass in the 1950 picture.
