Dedicated on Jan. 19, 2011 for the new Parker Police Station, this sculpture pays tribute to the town's law enforcement and acknowledges the support of the community. Two 14-foot tall stainless steel pillars represent Safety and Strength. Near the apex, a life-sized bronze eagle soars within a stainless steel circle. Sixteen hand prints around the pedestal represent community involvement. The "circle of hands" consists of tiles pressed with hand prints from children to senior citizens. Also encircling the base of the sculpture is the law enforcement code of ethics.
