"£2.00 from the sale of each geocoin has been donated to the NHS Charities COVID-19 Urgent Appeal.

THIS GEOCOIN

The design for this geocoin came from the Crowdfunder appeal Geocache Land made to try and survive the financial dificulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Each person that donated to the appeal will recieve their donation back as store credit to spend at a later date and a free gift as a thank you for their generousity. If someone donated £50 or more they will receive a slate geocoin as their gift. This slate version of the coin is the Artists Edition. The Crowdfunder is now closed.

The front of the geocoin shows a cartoon version of a coronavirus. 

The back of the geocoin shows a globe made up from small hearts. This represents the unity, love and kindness shown around the world during the pandemic. 

There are 4 versions: 

  • Red 
  • Green 
  • Blue 
  • Yellow.

Each coin is finished in Nickel and is textured on both the front and back. They are available individually or as a set of 4 (sorry sold out)

Production is set at 50 of each version, no further production will take place."

Lieber Schuhschnabel, da hast du dir eine wirklich beeindruckende Sammlung an Geocoins zugelegt, die ich sogar persönlich bewundern durfte. Einige Prachtexemplare brachten meine Augen zum Strahlen und manche faszinierten mich so sehr, dass ich sie dir abkaufen durfte.

Diese/n Coin/Tb konnten wir heute beim Event:"Im ❤️ Geocacher - Cacherschule - COINS & TB 1x1" sehen und mussten ihn gleich einmal discovern.

Eine super Idee mit den Rätseln! Ich erinnere mich auch an das Weihnachtsevent des Owners im Wald, was leider dueses Jahr C19 zum Opfer viel und das dann vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder stattfindet.
