Das Geocaching HQ:
Etwa 80 Angestellte kümmern sich um die Wartung und das Design der Geocaching-Website sowie um Finanz- und Rechtsangelegenheiten, Marketing und Werbung. Außerdem entwickelt Groundspeak Software für Geocaching zur Verwendung auf Navigationsgeräten, Mobiltelefonen, PDAs und Smartphones.

Sie werden von einer Gruppe von über 450 ehrenamtlich für Groundspeak tätigen Mitspielern, den Community Volunteers, unterstützt, die Übersetzungen der Website, der Apps und der Newsletter-Beiträge erstellen, neu eingereichte Geocache-Listings überprüfen und freischalten, als Moderatoren arbeiten oder andere spezielle Aufgaben wahrnehmen.

the Geocaching HQ:
Around 80 employees are responsible for the maintenance and design of the Geocaching website, as well as for financial and legal matters, marketing and advertising. Groundspeak also develops geocaching software for use on navigation devices, mobile phones, PDAs and smartphones.

They will be assisted by a group of over 450 Groundspeak volunteers, Community Volunteers, who will translate the site, apps, and newsletter feeds, review and approve newly submitted geocache listings, work as moderators, or perform other specific tasks perceive.
