About This Item

Química

A química chega ao geocaching através desta GeoMedalha com acabamento em prata antiga. A parte frontal apresenta um átomo com eletrões a girar em detalhes 3D. A parte traseira tem um padrão sulcado em torno do anel exterior e uma placa gravada a laser no centro que está colada à geocoin. Ela apresenta dados da Tabela Periódica para o tungstênio e a platina, cujos símbolos são W Pt. Que geocacher não está familiarizado com waypoints? Entalhes no metal melhoram a aparência e permitem uma conexão fácil com um objeto para viagem.

Chemistry comes to geocaching with this trackable GeoMedal in an antique silver coloured finish. The front shows an atom with spinning electrons and 3D details. The back has a ridged pattern around the outside ring and a laser engraved plate in the centre that is adhered to the token. It features data from the Periodic Table for tungsten and platinum, whose symbols spell WPt. What geocacher isn't familiar with waypoints? Cutouts in the metal add to the appearance and allow for easy attachment to an object for travel.
