As you may or may not know from my previous pirate-related coins....I dig pirates. (8
I suppose that could be pun intended! ;D
I have always liked the idea of buried treasure....spent some of my youth making "treasure maps" and digging (for no particular reason since there was actually no treasure there). But I always thought it would be cool to find something. I guess the "best" things we ever found were when we got a fence put in on the north side of our backyard, and my dad brought up a couple old bottles. Interesting at least if not valuable per se.
I seem to have missed a number of AWESOME pirate-themes caching events (and other events) throughout recent years... )8 --here's hoping there will be more in the future I can actually go to! (and bring my pirate geocoins!)
