A "dead man's hand" é uma mão de poker composta por dois pares de Ases e Oitos. A lenda diz que foi a mão final de cinco cartas tirada por Wild Bill Hickock, quando foi assassinado em Deadwood, Dakota do Sul. A quinta carta da mão não é conhecida.

The dead man's hand is a two-pair poker hand of Aces and Eights. Legend has it that it was the final five-card-draw hand held by Wild Bill Hickock, when he was murdered in Deadwood, South Dakota. The fifth card in the hand isn't known.
