Geek Squad Agent Badge #19488

This badge travels from cache to cache, never stopping to rest, always serving the public and policing technology.

In Geek Squad's cultural realm, a Geek Squad Agent once having earned the honor his or her badge will never be separated from their badge. If a badge-holding Agent encounters another Agent known to have had a badge bestowed upon them at any time, they are entitled to ask to see the Agent's badge. If said Agent cannot show their badge, they are obligated to perform a task meant to show their humility, which generally is a number of pushups determined by adding up all the digits in their badge number (0=10). There are a number of unofficial rules surrounding "badge checks", including some which are observed locally or regionally. In some cases, badges which have been separated from their owners have traveled the world with other Geek Squad Agents or have performed other missions - even occasionally being sent into near earth orbit!

In the spirit of this piece of Geek Squad culture, the back of mattfast1's badge has been branded with this travel bug. This TB should never be found within any cache, but instead will travel from cache to cache with mattfast1 as a part of his badge. If you encounter him while geocaching, you will be provided with the opportunity to see the badge and discover the travel bug.
