Starting point for this coin was the 2013 Canadian Scout Jamboree. Held at Camp Woods on beautiful Sylvan Lake, Alberta is the 12th Canadian Jamboree. Scouts and Leaders form across Canada, participated along with participants from the United States, Australia, Mexico, Taiwan, Hong Kong and a few other places probably as well! In total 6500 campers!
The coin took part in the closing ceremonies (picture) and will hopefully be part of more such ceremonies!
When I first let this coin go.. It went to NY and Central Park! It returned shortly after where I reclaimed it. I took it with me to BC on a Gold Panning Championship trip in Boston Bar BC. It visited many of the Gold Country Geotour sites(many left to find). I have rereleased this coin on my 96th find at Alberta's First Geocache (Canada's 2nd) at the Strathcona Wilderness Centre near Sherwood Park, AB.
