This tag is an Essex Flag. The Essex flag is probably one of the more truly historic county flags as it shows three Saxon Seaxes or swords on it which was the emblem of the old Saxon Kings of Essex.

I actually found this in a really obscure and totally hidden cache in cornwall - GC1MXJR
Not where it is supposed to be!!

Will help it on its way by taking it to Spain.
