Woohoo!! My 500th find!!
A better log will follow....
Edit: I carried out a search to find all the corrected coordinates I had for a trip to Hampshire, and found that this one had a set. I had no recollection of ever putting coords in and I knew for a fact that I'd not visited the graveyard. Odd. Looking at googlemaps, it was a legit set of coords and seeing as it was a beautiful day and I'd not found a cache that day I thought I'd give them a go and if it wasn't there, I wasn't that far from the church and could seek out the info I needed if the worst came to the worst.
I don't mind telling you that the coords I had were for a nearby copse/patch of woodland and I parked up in a lay by nearby and walked up through the woods. I was delighted to find that it was a bluebell wood and that it was in full flower - absolutely stunning. I was therefore far less upset when I reached the prospective GZ and had no luck finding a container.
I made my way back, taking a few photos and took the car up to the church to find the info, also finding a ache to tick off the day. I went home to do the maths and the new coords looked good and matched some previous logs. I decided that, seeing as it was a church Micro and a multi, that I would save it for my 500th find.
The day came, not too long after and I set off with mum to make the find. It was a fairly quick find at GZ and I was able to sign and pick up a TB. Also took some more photos, this time of the copse from the outside ;) Many thanks for the cache.
