Current Goal

This TB is looking for Lonely Caches. What makes a Lonely Cache you might ask? Quite simple really, one that very infrequently gets visited. This can be because it is in a very remote location, or involves a difficult puzzle to solve, or maybe a great challenge. You can check a cache's Lonely Cache status at the website www.lonelycache.com. Enter in a cache name or code and you can see how it ranks. Any cache worth over 25 CPs is pretty lonely, and ones over 100 are remarkably lonely. I will be keeping a tally of the CPs that this TB earns in his travels. Hopefully, you find this TB in a very lonely cache, and are the kind of geocacher that likes these kind of caches. Please take it with you to your next lonely destination. Since the Lonely Cache Project is limited to the Southwest United States (AZ, NM, CO, UT, NV), please keep its travels to these states.

I would ask that this TB NOT be placed in park and grabs, TB hotels etc... It is NOT the goal of the TB to travel to as many places as possible. This means that it will likely lay dormant in lonely caches for much of its life. But when it does move, no doubt it will move to another spectacular location. If you stumble upon this TB in a frequented cache, please make an effort to get it to a lonely cache, or in an area where it is likely to get moved to one.

Thanks!

About This Item

Another lonely Alamo canyon spot

Brass turtle key-chain.Turtle are known for not moving very quickly, although this specimen is a sea turtle which can move pretty fast and far. Whether this TB moves slowly, or travels great distances, it hopes to visit some of the loneliest caches here in the SW. I will be keeping tabs of the LCP points at time of visit.
