About This Item

I am the last of an endangered uniquely Australian species ‘The Swagman” We have been hounded almost to extinction by modern legislation that prevents us from lighting fires to boil a billy, roast a lamb or two and to keep warm in by the side of the road like we used to.  We aren’t even allowed to hitch hike any more. We can no longer even sleep under a tree or by a billabong; thank God for these caches at least I can stay dry when it rains.
