Muggle Bug West

To bring down the veil of stealth and secrecy between geocacher and muggle. As well as the usual cache to cache movement, this bug is meant to be given to an interested muggle. There is also a notebook for info, ideas, or experiences if you choose to use it. In addition, please post a note on the site when it has made a muggle transfer so I can mark it as unknown. There are 4 cardinal Muggle Bugs activated (North, South East, West) and the mighty Muggle Bug Master (who, like myself, is all over the place J ) Which will wander and recruit the longest? We shall see. . .

Dear muggle,

“Am I a muggle?” If you are asking this, yes you are. You see, next time you are in the woods, or the neighborhood park, or even at a drive-thru, know that there may be someone blending into the background hiding from you. But, don’t fret because hope has arrived. Someone believes you would enjoy geocaching and has passed on a Muggle Bug so you can try out the fun.
There are an amazing amount of containers hidden around the world for people to find. Some blend in perfectly, some are filled with trading stuff, and some show you a significant or unusual item, but usually half the fun is in the find. Since you have been chosen, your mission is to place this in a new location or give it to another geocacher so it can continue on it’s journey. Interested? First, you must say, “Help me Muggle Bug. You’re my only hope.” Go ahead, you know you want to. . .
Feel better? Now grab your GPS and go to Geocaching.com for a short intro and links to local caches or, ask the person who gave you this to take you for a test drive. Either way, respect the land you are there to explore and always “Cache In Trash Out.”
