Dopey

Our Travel Bug is named Dopey. He is in the UK because he decided to take a trip there. We will like to visit all the fun and beautiful place people go. It wants to come back to King City because if he stays away from home too long it will cry until it dies.

- Our historical goal is to reach the Warwick Castle because we would really like to see what its like, and learn more about it.

- Our goal for the Olympics is to take a picture in front of Wembley Stadium because we would really love to see one of the famous stadium of the Olympics.

-We would like the Travel Bug to visit the London Guards, you know like take a simple image of them

- Picture of students from a classroom that had discovered our Travel Bug.

- Sail on a boat in the North Sea.

- To make its way back to Chalone Peaks Middle School.

This travel bug is part of a larger student project involving several classes around the world. It was originally released in the “Olympic Summer” of 2012 somewhere in the UK by two teachers visiting from the United States. This bug has several goals, one of which is to return home to a cache near Chalone Peaks Middle School in California called Cape KC Geo bug Launch Pad.

A student team has developed a series of five goals that can be completed in any order. The team receives rewards for each goal reached. They have also documented their bug’s plight and reasons for wanting to return home. Please do what you can to help this little guy move along and accomplish its goals as quickly as possible.
