I am the great water dragon, Tao. I wanted to come ashore & explore the land. In the process of procuring legs, I created my alter ego Oat. Together we now roam the lands & explore the world. Don't hang onto us for long as we are a dangerous duo that becomes aggravated when we are not free to explore.
