Current Goal

This coin will be presented to Isonzo Karst (Palmeto) at some time in the future when we have a chance to meet again. I know she likes chocolate but I think this is a better choice.

About This Item

I am planning on presenting this coin to Meg for all the hard work and crap she puts up with by being a Volunteer Lackey. The occasional wisecracks on my listings and also the nice words are looked forward to and appreciated. Keep up the good work. RREngineer.

I didn't expect this to last, and it sure didn't.

I put it in a cache in October, it was picked up late January, dropped the Feb 8, and disappeared in the next month. Between the time it was dropped and someone was kind enough to report it missing, cache was found by 8 cachers, 4 with fewer than 10 finds, and very likely one of them with this coin.

Found this coin in Manatee Springs State Park II, in Florida, while geocaching with a group of Atlanta Area Boy Scouts. They had a great time learning about the hobby. Before we knew it we had hiked 4.5 miles on what I thought was a 2 mile loop. Perhaps it was all that back and forth searching. Will send the coin along to another cache, after it sits in my backpack for a month or two and I forget I have it, to be honest.
