So the Big day of the Welsh Mega arrived. It seemed like we have been waiting for so long for it to happen as the Wales Team have done such a great job of promoting this event (even to the point we bumped into them in Holland last year). The location was great (just a few miles from my sisters for free accommodation) and the venue was just made for the job. Having not read any of the parking instructions we where soon directed to the car park and headed into the event. It was funny but I saw more of my caching friends here in Wales than I did at the Geolympix (which was local to me) last week. After spending a long while at the venue we headed into the lovely town which we had last visited on the way back from our honeymoon 10 years ago. It was nice to see it so busy and we bumped into many more of my caching friends. We returned to the Mega after bagging a few caches and parted with some of our money for the raffles and caching goodies. We then went and did the very enjoyable maze and even bumped into our areas reviewer which was great.
Thanks to all the people that shared their trackables and coins. I saw so many Coins, TB's, Tshirts, tattoos and trackable cars that I couldnt note down what each was. A big thanks to you all and I am sure yours was the best I saw that day.
