    This travel bug is currently not contained in the cache GCCBF8 "Ciudad Encantada", where it should be according to the homepage. I think that it is very unlikely that it has been found and taken by muggles there. Maybe you should ask the last people who found that cache whether they have seen (and taken) it or not.
