Geocache Description:

This is a multi-point waypoint projection cache. It will require some navigational skills. A map and compass will do if you are not familiar with projection on yor GPS. However, this is a good chance to practice as there is a "margin for error" that will still get you there. Waypoint #3 (final cache) is located within the Sam Houston National Forest and as with all such, should probably be avoided during Hunting Season..

Proceed to the above coordinates. This is waypoint #1.
Find the BBQ pit. Say "hi" to Dub
(speaking of BBQ, when you are "done" you might visit Historic Montgomery for some great ribs at Yo Mamas BBQ. ( N 30 23.358 W 95 41.705)- there are several virtual caches in Montgomery!)
On the marker you will find 2 dates. Your distance (in miles) to waypoint #2 can be found in the FIRST number of the FIRST date, as follows-
2 x 1st number = whole
4 x 1st number = tenths
3 x 1st number = hundreths

The second dates' month is your bearing(its true!) to waypoint #2.

At waypint #2 you will find a marker. On the back you will find coordinates to waypoint #3 (final cache).
It may be approached from more than one direction. At waypoint #2, you are les than 1/2 mile from the cache!

The cache is a large plastic ammo box full of Mardis Gras (N'arlens) stuff, my TB, and a special "goodie" for FTF.
