Cache is a small container large enough to hold very small trade items...

The public has full access to this place during the day, it is closed at night (luckily). PLEASE RESPECT THIS PLACE, drive slowly, and be quiet. You can drive your car right to the cache site, it is located next to the road, and no need for walking around.
