This is one of two micro caches at both ends of eastern runway at O R Thambo International (RWY 03 Right / RWY 21 Left).

This cache is close to the threshold of Runway 21 Left, mostly used for arrivals of domestic and international flights. The new Airbus A380 used the other side of this runway for its first landing at this airport. The cache container is a small 10 ml cylindrical
