GRAAFF-REINET IS HOME TO MORE NATIONAL MONUMENTS than any other
town or city in South Africa. Round every corner a piece of our
history is revealed to interested visitors. A short stroll down
Cradock Street will reveal more than 50 of these historic homes.
The imposing presence of the Dutch Reformed Grootkerk forms the
physical centre of Graaff-Reinet. Also active in the town are the
Dutch Reformed Nuwekerk, the Afrikaanse Protestante Kerk, the AGS
Kerk, Assembly of God, Trinity Methodist Church, Revival Ministries
of God, St James Anglican Church, the Catholic Church and the
Pinkster Protestante Kerk.
Beware it is a muggle paradise!
The initial contents of the cache are:
? Coins
? Dice
? Marbles
? Pebble
Small note on cache maintenance: Please take note
that although the owner of this cache stays some distance from the
cache, special arrangements have been made to maintain the cache,
should it be necessary. Fellow cachers, friends and family in the
vicinity will do the honours. Cache placements in South Africa are
minimal related to the number of cachers playing the treasure hunt
game especially in the Garden Route area. We will be placing at
least 30 caches during this December 2006 holiday season – so watch
this space.
