Why for beginners?
First: it's just off the main road, and the directions below are easy to follow.
Secondly: it's in a relatively secluded location and you could end up being parked as close as 2 metres from the cache.
Thirdly: its hidden where most people seem to hide their caches. What could be easier!
This is NOT suitable for anyone who wants to have a healthy 2-hour ramble followed by 30 minutes searching fruitlessly in dense undergrowth!
Approach from the Coppid Beech roundabout, at the south-east end of the A329(M) and take the Wokingham exit (this is the A329 – not the B3408)
Immediately take a left, signed to "Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre", but then an immediate further left (back on yourself - labelled "London Road") up a short 100 metre disused stretch of road, signed "Buckhurst Lodge" (there's a clue!). During the week there is very rarely any traffic on this section of road – at the weekend none at all. The container is a small srew top container, with room for small TB's and swapps.
