Le saline di Cervia sono un angolo naturalistico che da sempre cattura la mia attenzione per la possibilità di godere di panorami straordinari, soprattutto all'imbrunire, quando il sole calando all'orizzonte, dipinge la superfice delle acque con pennellate di colori dalle sfumature sempre diverse.
Attualmente fanno parte di un parco naturalistico protetto e pertanto non sono accessibili in tutta la loro superficie. E' possibile tuttavia visitarne una parte, attrezzata con una torretta di avvistamento e attraverso percorsi guidati, che aiutano a conoscere meglio l'ambiente e la ricchissima flora e fauna che popolano questo lembo di terra.

La cache è posta appena all'interno del parco, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e non difficile da trovare. La presenza di visitatori occasionali è "tollerata" come consuetudine locale, ma è doveroso ricordare che l'area è tutelata, per cui è importantissimo mantenere il massimo rispetto dell'ambiente circostante, ed è bene comunque non inoltrarsi troppo, in quanto non sarebbe in realtà consentito l'accesso.

Per arrivare al sito potete parcheggiare la macchina dove comincia lo sterrato. La strada è chiusa con una sbarra per evitare l'accesso delle macchine estranee, ma è percorribile a piedi o in bicicletta (coordinate dalla Statale: N 44° 16.451 - E 012° 19.406 circa).
Per gli amanti della natura, quando la stagione permette è possibile arrivare alla cache in canoa. In questo caso si fa riferimento al parcheggio dell'imbarco ( N 44° 16.659 - E 012° 19.925), per poi scendere al pontile antistante. Le acque sono sempre molto basse e calme e il percorso è adatto anche ai bambini, accompagnati da un adulto. Una volta saliti a bordo, si segue il canale fino alla chiusa, per poi scendere e completare il breve tratto a piedi.

Dopo la caccia si può visitare l'antica chiesa della Madonna del Pino adiacente all'inizio dello sterrato. Un tempo, immerso nella pineta, il santuario racchiude un frammento della storia delle tradizioni cervesi.

Il cache è un classico contenitore da alimenti di medie dimensioni.

The Cervia salt pans are a naturalistic corner that  always captures my desire for the possibility to enjoy extraordinary panoramas, especially when it gets dark, when the sun sets in the horizon, and paints the surface of the water  with various shades of color brushstrokes.
Nowadays they are part of a protected naturalistic park, therefore they are not completely  accessible to tourists. It is possible to visit part of 'em form "Centro Visite del Parco del Delta". A tourist guide will give you some information about the environment, and local flora and fauna.

The cache is placed just inside the park. It is reachable by foot and it's quite easy to find. The presence of occasional visitors is "tolerated" as a local custom, but never forget that the area is protected. The maximum respect for the surroundings is very important. Don't  go to far forward and don't forget that access is "tolerated" but not allowed.

In order to reach the cache park your car close to the beginning of the dirt road (N 44° 16,451 - E 012° 19,406 approximately). An iron bar won't allow you to continue your car, but if you like, you can ride a bicycle.
If you like nature, when the weather allows it you can rent a canoe to reach the cache. In this case use coordinates N 44° 16,659 - E 012° 19,925 in order to park your car. From there go down to the embankment to rent a kayak (You can bring children with you without problem). Follow the course of the river until you find a sluice. Complete the last part of the way walking.

After hunting you can visit the ancient church "Madonna del Pino" close to the beginning of the dirt road.

The cache it is a classic medium size food container.

- A protective plastic bag for supplies
- A logbook, info, and pencil

Die Salinen von Cervia sind ein naturbelassener Winkel der schon immer mein Interesse auf sich gezogen hat, aufgrund der Moeglichkeit ueberwaeltigende Panoramen zu geniessen. Vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang, wenn die Sonne ueber den Horizont sinkt und die Gewaesser mit immer wieder wechselnden Farbtoenen ueberzieht. Derzeit sind die Salinen Teil eines geschuetzten Naturparks und deshalb nicht in ihrer gesamten Ausdehnung zugaenglich. Trotzdem ist es moeglich einen Teil davon zu besuchen, welcher mit einem Beobachtungsturm versehen ist, oder ueber gefuehrte Wanderungen mit denen man die Umwelt und die reichhaltige Flora und Fauna kennenlernen kann.

Der Cache liegt knapp im Innern des Parkes, ist leicht zu Fuss erreichbar und einfach zu finden. Die Anwesenheit gelegentlicher Besucher wir als lokale Gegebenheit "toleriert", aber man sollte bedenken dass das Gebiet unter Schutz steht, deshalb ist es aeusserst wichtig die Umwelt zu respektieren und nicht zu weit in den Park vorzudringen, da es ja eigentlich verboten waere.

Um an den Endpunkt zu gelangen, parkt Ihr am besten das Auto am Beginn der Schotterpiste. Die Strasse ist mit einer Schranke versehen, um die Zufahrt von externen Gefaehrten zu verhindern, man kommt jedoch zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad weiter (Koordinaten der Staatsstrasse ca.N 44° 16.451 - E 012° 19.406). Falls die Jahreszeit es erlaubt, koennen Naturliebhaber den Cache auch mit dem Kanu erreichen. In diesem Fall gelten die Parkkoordinaten an einer kleinen Mole (N 44° 16.659 - E 012° 19.925), um zum darunterliegenden Pier abzusteigen. Die Gewaesser sind immer niedrig und ruhig, daher ist die Kanufahrt auch fuer Kinder (begleitet von einem Erwachsenen) geeignet. An Bord des Kanus folgt man dem Kanal bis zu seinem Ende, um dann auszusteigen und ein kurzes Stueck zu gehen.

Nach der Suche kann man die alte Kirche der "Madonna del Pino" neben dem Beginn der Schotterstrecke besuchen. Das Heiligtum ist Bestandteil der Geschichte dieser Gegend.

Der Cache ist ein einfacher Lebensmittelbehaelter von mittleren Ausmassen.
