This is a regular cache of about 1.5l. It is painted black. This cache has 4 waypoints in total and they are close together.
These are the leftovers from Team Webguy's excellent "The Great Aussie Christmas BBQ 2006 - NSW" (GCY8Q7). If you missed his time trial, you'll still have the opportunity to do it (although we had to modify it a little bit). We hope you'll enjoy this race.
WP1 can be found at the coordinates above.
Find the *A*th of August the plaque was unveiled.
B is the number of senior officers.
For WP2, add 2xA+0.5xA to S and add 8xB to E to the coordinates of WP1.
C is the number of birthdays and find D as the *D*th of August.
For WP3, add C-43 to S and add 70-D to E to the coordinates of WP2.
Find the *E*th of August and take F as the sum of the digits of that year. G is the number of letters of the top left name in the map.
For WP4, subtract (ExF)+3 from S and subtract (7xG)+2 from E. Do this to the coordinates of WP3. Here you'll find the cache.
Let's see who can finish this cache the fastest. Time yourself but no cheating on the log - after all, it is a Time Trial!
