Not quite a drive-by, call it a walk-by. Bring your own pen.
Waterproof match container hidden in one of the smallest parks we have ever seen. Difficulty went up a couple of points for the barking dog on the property next door. The dog will make it tough to approach the cache unnoticed. The cache is hidden where the dog and the owners can't see you. Don't worry, the dog is fenced in. If he wasn't, it would be a five star difficulty for sure.
