Geocache Description:

Base of a big flat vertical rock. You can see the Eagle's Head from here.

Eagle Rock is located take highway 78 to Santa Isabel, left on highway 79 towards Warner Springs, right at S2 towards Borrego Springs and left on S22 towards Ranchita. About a mile down S22 there is parking on the right side of the road where it crosses the Pacific Crest Trail. It is about a 4.5 mile walk from the parking area. We did this on horseback.
