Geocache Description:

This is a medium plastic container along the north shore of the Island. The cache theme is postcards. There is a dirt road along the north coast. One of the turns to this road can be found on the left after the Arashi Beach at N 12* 36.791, W 070* 03.306. Then follow the shoreline to the cache. Do not drive on the Sand Dunes, they are a restricted area.

This location is one that we have been to a couple of times to watch either the sunrise or to watch the sunset. It is a place that has a view of the ocean, the California Lighthouse, the sand dunes, the desert cactus, goats, iguanas, mangrove trees and the boney remains of a dead Divi Tree (all worthy of a postcard photo).
The original cache contains about 15 Aruba postcards, an Aruba keychain, pencil and logbook.
Please take a postcard if you see one you like. If you have a postcard with you, please leave one in trade.
Also please post your favorite photo from Aruba, so that we might enjoy Aruba’s beauty from your viewpoint. This cache was conceived from a hobby of my good friend Lonestarr, from Castleton, VT, who does Postcrossing. See more info at http://www.postcrossing.com/.

Small note on cache maintenance: I have made arrangements with Jomosoft, an Arubian geocacher to help with maintenance.
