The bridge
over Neris was built in 1979.
The length of the bridge is
204.5m and width is 32.2m.
Engeeners made interesting technical project because one bank is
higher than the other on eight meters.
Now this bridge is called
"Pedagoginio tiltas" beacause on one of the banks there is
univercity with the same name.
Long ago at the crusaders times in that area was
a secret ford, which Lithaunian warriors used. Now on this bridge
is big traffic
