I have a feeling that most don't know about this jewel in Manchester, NH. Founded in 1995, the New Hampshire Aviation Historical Society is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve the history of aviation in New Hampshire, collecting aviation-related information and artifacts of the past, present and future. Check them out at http://www.nhahs.org/ The Historical Society's home is in the original terminal building that was used in the 1930s. This building was moved to it's present location. The parking lot is a great place to spend some time to watch the planes take off and land. The cache a small container that can hold very small items. Please bring your own writing instrument. Watch out for thorns. FTF = solid-rock-seekers (90mins from posting!) I fully agree with their comments on visiting the Museum when it is open. UPDATE 10/22/2012 - There are posted hours for the parking area now - 11pm to 5am the area is closed - NO NIGHT CACHING.
