Latgale region was pretty empty, so here you go :)
Maakonjkalns (Padebeshu kalns, Cloud mountain) is one of highest places in Latgale. It is located to the south from Raazna lake.
On the hill, there are castle ruins, which are left from Volkenbergas castle, built in year 1236. It was considered almost impossible to capture and was one of the Livonia order castles.
There could be a great view from the hill, but it is mostly covered with trees, having only two passages cleared.
