I found the container rummaging through an abandoned RV, after finding a new cache this morning. This cache celebrates another birthday and find #1400. Last year, when I started caching there was a cache here, but CalTrans whacked it before I found it. All cool shoe trees were taken, then this opportunity presented itself, so I JUMPED on it! A wide spot on U.S.395 to take a rest or a whatever, i.e. sip on a soda? I was in a great mood, so I left a Ben Franklin for a FTF prize. This spot isn't usually muggley, but they don't usually stay long either. Bring an old pair of shoes to adorn the tree. Enjoy the stop, the cache, the tree, and HAVE FUN!!
