Located in Lincoln National Forest, which may be closed during periods of exteme fire danger. Check with Cloudcroft Ranger station if in doubt.
Now a soda bottle preform. A large tree fell and covered previous hiding spot. Moved to other side of trail. Please bring own writing implement. Located near the junction of T111, T110 and T105. Closest parking is in Atkinson Canyon. There was a gate near the turn off point on Sunspot Rd, so the road into the canyon is probably locked during the winter. If it is and you sill want to attempt the cache, there will be about an extra 0.7 mile to walk. From where I parked, it was about 0.4 mile one way.
