This cache is located near the Palace of the Legion of Honor, an art museum that has, among other holdings, one of the original castings of Rodin's "The Thinker". The cache is located at a spot near the Palace that has a striking view of downtown San Francisco in the distance.
Parking is available in the lot in front of the Palace of the Legion of Honor. If this is full, parking is almost always available along El Camino Del Mar. There is no charge in either location. This cache has been moved to the parking lot level. There is no need to walk on ice plant. Thanks go to MathGen for creating and maintaining this cache over the years.
