Balmedie beach cache is an easy
cache located near the top of a sand dune with lovely views of the
beach, North sea & Aberdeen.
Parking is available as per the waypoint although you may have to
pay a minor parking fee of 20p depending on what time you arrive!
Balmedie beach is approximately 10 miles in length, it stretches
from the north side of the River Don to Newburgh beach about 8
miles north of Balmedie, there is lots of WW2 bunkers to check out,
one of particular interest is about 500 yards due east of the cache
site, its at a 45 degree angle and its very entertaining inside as
you will see if you go! Please take part in CITO (Cache in trash
