Geocache Description:

Details:

Since the original Texas Travel Bug University went kaput, its about time Central Austin got a replacement. All you geo-travelers visiting the Live Music Capital of the World ought to bring your travel bugs with you when you come.

Container is a camo-painted 30 caliber ammo can. It should not be too difficult to locate. While the area it is hidden within has little foot traffic, the area surrounding the coverage does. Please take care not to come bounding in or out of the coverage to avoid suspicion. I sure dont want all those bugs, jeeps, and coins to disappear into the hands of UTPD. :)

Parking:

Parking during the week between 7:30am and 5:45pm on the street near ground zero is pretty much out of the question. Outside of the above hours, free parking is available all up and down San Jacinto (unless the Horns are putting on a show at DKR). For those of you looking for a quick in-and-out, the San Jacinto Parking Garage on the main campus offers free parking if you come-and-go in under thirty minutes. Bear in mind that parking beyond this gratis window will result in your having to pay a small fee to free your vehicle from the confines of the garage. :)

Rules:

Most travel bug hotels have 'rules' which hamstring users into having to conform to trading within certain ways. Me? I dont care. Take a bug, leave a bug. Just make sure you make an effort take those bugs which you can work at meeting the goals upon. Those that you cant meet, why not think about leaving them behind for others to move who might be able to meet those goals.
