Geocache Description:

A half mile walk around the reservoir at the Roland G. Johnson Recreation Area at 470 Dedham Avenue in Needham. The coordinates for stage #1 are acquired from answering the questions below. Do not use the posted coordinates.

In the 1930s, Dwight Latham was a member of a vocal group called the Jesters. Their specialties were bits of spoken humor and novelty songs. While reading a book of Mark Twain anecdotes, Latham once found a paragraph in which Twain proved it would be possible for a man to become his own grandfather. In 1947, he and Moe Jaffe expanded the idea into a song, which became a hit.
