"Kabeldon KSIP 433" a.s.o.
The line with SE: E .. ... .1 is the interesting one.
Replace . (the dots) to: SE: E CA BDC B1 and calculate (Q = B x 2)
You now have 4 numbers that you put into the final coordinates:
