Team eelow&beelow from Ontario came up with the idea for a Canadian multi-cache series that would take you across Canada with stops at each of the capital cities of Canada. TeamRB&R created the Alberta cache which was then adopted by KappaAlpha Team on Jan. 24th, 2007, and then by KC on Nov. 27, 2012. As part of the tour you will be taken to six spots (waypoints) in Edmonton that are noteworthy visits of significance while staying here. The posted co-ordinates for this cache are bogus (no cache exists there). At each other waypoint on the route you must find a clue to help you solve the final coordinates to the cache placement in Edmonton.
Although you do not have to do the waypoints in any particular order, we strived to create them along a logical route that would allow you to tour some interesting parts of Edmonton and bring you back near the start. We also made certain that each waypoint had a good collection of geocaches nearby them to provide a distraction along the way. Finally, all waypoints and the final cache are accessible by major transit routes or LRT for the rental car impaired and were completed by car inside of two hours.
