Geocache Description:

The listed coordinates are dummy ones - don't try to go there. There is nothing there but the water. They were posted only for the purpose of identifying this as the general area of the cache.

Solve the puzzle below. Then bring an empty 5 litre container and your imagination to claim this offbeat geocaching experiment. You can fill the container with water before you come or fill it when you get there; you shouldn’t have trouble finding some nearby. You will need to use two hands at this stage. Make sure the container is full because we designed it to take 5 litres. The lid is tight but can be removed without to much trouble. There is no need to wrestle it off.

Convenient parking can be found nearby. The cache itself is a plastic mayonnaise jar and can be ACCESSED ONLY BY USING A FULL 5 LITRES OF WATER. Please put all three tops back on firmly. No posted photos of The Enigma please. And don’t forget to take your empty container with you when you leave.

This is a very popular spot especially during summer therefore children should be monitored and stealth used.

THE DOGS' TALE:
Three lonely and indigent dogs found themselves detainees at the local pound. They got hungry in the middle of the night and broke out of their cages. Good fortune was with them and in just a few minutes, they located three full water bowls, each of a different color and capacity. They drank all the water in each bowl, 12 cups total. Later, they managed to locate and tear open a box of dog biscuits and consume 21 of them before being interrupted by the early morning arrival of the pound keeper, who absentmindedly left the front door open. The three dogs wasted no time in exploiting this error, quickly scampering out of the opening and hiding in a nearby spot where, coincidentally, a new mystery geocache had recently been hidden. Perhaps you can locate the exact hiding spot by identifying which dog was which.

The dog with the green collar could run faster than the dog with the yellow collar. The red water bowl has double the capacity of the one used by Whai-do, who was of Maori ancestry and tended to bark in a broad Maori accent. The dog with the blue water bowl ate one less dog biscuit than twice the number consumed by Spot, who let out a mighty dog belch afterward. The number of cups of water drunk by Rover was one more than the number of dog biscuits consumed by the dog with the red water bowl, who had a bad limp. The dog with the white water bowl drank more water than did Whai-do, but no dog drank more than did the other 2 dogs combined. They all liked sleeping by a cosy fireplace and no dog had a black collar.
