Geocache Description:

Take the turnoff to Mara approximately 22 Km's outside of Nelspruit on the N4 between Nelspruit and Kaapmuiden.Sign in at the security boom. Follow the Tar road all the way up to the top of the mountain until you find Crocodile Gorge. Entry is free. You can also take the Boulders turnoff from the R38 Kaapmuiden/ Barberton Road.

Park normal vehicles at waypoint S 25° 32. 051' E 031° 13. 657'.Only 4x4 vehicles with low range, quads, off-road motorbikes, mountain bikes and hikers to get to this cache!!!!! If you have reached waypoint S 25° 31. 821' E 031° 13. 728' with your vehicle, then park here and continue on foot.This cache is on the extremist hiking trail that starts at Crocodile Gorge, and ends up at the Crocodile River. The hike is 1.2 Km as the crow flies, and drops 460 meters. You will walk through water up to knee height, so bring extra shoes, socks and pants with. If you have made it to this one without a guide or organized transport back to your vehicle, then be prepared for a 30 Km hike, as you have gone past the point of no return on the hiking trail. Beware of slippery rocks. I strongly suggest you go down here on your buns.
