It's possible to reach this place by car and also by foot. Elevation increases quite fast, but you will be up in about ten minutes anyway. Cache is ~110 meters from parking spot in S direction.
Cache is Lock&Lock box, but however, you shouldn't be able to see it also from a very short distance. I had to hide it pretty well because of many tourists and their kids running around there.

It's recomended to visit this place in daylight, so you don't miss the beatiful landscapes. Also - dont go too far to S, few kilometers ahead there is a border with Russia Federation.
