Geocache Description:

The coords are for a pretty, watery spot which I drove by while researching this cache. It is roughly midway between the graveyard and the final cache.

This is the next in the series started by Purple Pineapple and continued by Nanny Ogg.

This prolific inventor died, and is buried, in Surrey. He made really major inventions in at least 3 different areas of technology. There is no plaque, but there is a grave you should visit (and this is more than 15 miles from the final cache).

A is the number of honours, of the many bestowed upon him, which are listed on the top of his tombstone.

The main panel of his tombstone contains B words (including ampersands).

The top line of this panel describes him as a "something and inventor". Something is C letters long.

1DEF is the year of publication of his most famous patent, which got him into a dispute with another famous inventor.

His British patent for improving the manufacture of a metal was published one month before he died. The atomic number of that metal is G.

The patent number is GB followed by a number H. The largest prime factor of the number H is J.

His brother was also an inventor of something we all use. The brother's first name is K letters long.

To find the final cache you need to go to N 51 Y W 000 Z.

where 1000*Y = J + K*C*B + G + E + A*B
and 1000*Z = 2*J + F + E + K + A*C*(0.5*A*B + F - E)

The cache is near a pretty clearing at the confluence of several public rights of way.
