Pamatne miesto na vyznamnu historicku udalost. Na tychto miestach sa 26. augusta 1652 odohrala jedna z najvyznamnejsich protitureckych bitiek v regione, v ktorej uhorske vojsko pod vedenim Adama Forgaca porazilo Mustafovu armadu. V boji okrem inych padli styria Esterhazyovci (Pochovali ich 26. novembra 1652 v krypte Univerzitneho kostola v Trnave).
Na pamiatku vitazstva a na pamiatku padlych clenov rodiny dal Imrich Esterhazy v roku 1734 zhotovit kamenny obelisk. V roku 1896 ho upravili do dnesnej podoby.

Memorial of the most significant battles against the Turks in August 26th, 1652. Adam Forgac, the commander of Hungarian army defeated the Turkish troops commanded by Mustafa. The four member of Esterhazy-family were among those killed (They were buried on November 26th, 1652 in the crypt of Trnava´s University Church).
The stone obelisc commemorating the victory and the sacrifice of the four Esterhazy's, was erected in 1734. In 1896 it was replaced by the memorial we can see today.
