Square Rock is one of the highlights in Namadgi National park! The scenery is wonderful, and the views from the cache location are fantastic! Not to mention the most impressive granite boulders up here.
At 1400m this cache is above the snow line, and it can get very cold (and snowy) up here! This cache requires a 10km return walk, but there is a well made path all the way, and there's only one or two bits that are a little steeper, but not too bad.
Allow at least 2 hours to complete. There are CLIFFS and CHASMS near the cache, so if you bring your geokiddies, KEEP an EYE on THEM.
