PHOTOLOGS not accepted and we delete them. This cache can only be found between 08:00 Hrs (AM) and SUNSET (changed May 18, 2007).
There is no entrance fee or parking fee.
The location is not hard to find, I’ve posted some spoiler picts to help you. Search INSIDE the castle grounds.
When attempting to retrieve this cache, make sure to look ALL around and check so NO ONE sees you, even the people ABOVE!
After retrieving the cache, signing the logbook and depositing/removing an item, please make sure that you carefully replace the cache so that no part of the cache is exposed in any way.

The cache box is a small one, with a brand new logbook (changed August 11, 2010). For the FTF, there is a nice TB.

It is a small island close to the shores of Kusadasi. There is a Byzantium castle built on sharp rocks. During the Ottoman reign, it was used as a sea patrol to prevent possible attacks from the islands and the Mora Rebellion. The castle is also known as "Pirate Castle" as it was used against pirates. The tower is at the highest place of the island, was used as the living and watching place of guards. There is also a cistern. The castle restored and the surroundings are arranged. Today there is a tea shop, a cafeteria, a restaurant, and a discotheque for tourist purposes. The castle is lighted , too.
