Geocache Description:

The cache is not at this location. To find the cache, you need to search the woods near other geocaches in the Metrowest area for car wrecks. These will have address numbers attached to them. Proper arrangement of the address numbers will provide coordinates to the final cache.

The cache is not at this location, nor are there any clues to the cache at this location. At one point in my geocaching career, two overzealous “fellow” geocachers assumed the title of ranger and ticketed my vehicle while on the search for a new Cache ‘N Carry hide. This joke later escalated to snide comments warning me of possible ranger activity for caches that I would visit. This small parking lot near conservation land is where I attempted to seek revenge against these two, but was thwarted. In friendly retaliation, I created a mobile No Parking sign to attempt to catch these connivers in compromising situations while parking their own vehicle; this was to some avail, as documented in court proceedings at The Constabulary's 2nd Celebration Dinner Caper.

Research of my family tree has revealed that Bad Parking is a genetic trait that runs through my ancestry. While geocaching, I have noticed several abandoned vehicles in the woods. Investigation has led me to discover that relatives of mine, while attempting to park as close to a cache as possible, got their vehicle irretrievably stuck in the woods. To maintain identification of these rusting wrecks, a set of house address numbers were attached to each. Once I found all of these wrecks and address numbers, I arranged them into a set of coordinates and found a perfect place to hide a cache.

The cache is hidden at: N 42 2A.BCD 71 3E.FGH
Your mission: try to remember where you have spotted wrecked abandoned vehicles while geocaching in the metrowest area. Revisit these and take note of any house address digits that may exist. Also on each of these wrecks will be two letters that give the location of the digits in the coordinate string above. Once you get the full set of coordinates, visit the site and search for the container.

All the wrecks are within 5 miles of the posted coordinates (as the crow flies). Please do not post any information as to their whereabouts on this cache page.
