There is a couple of ways to get to the cache. Either way will work. One ways is to park at the vistors center in Red Rock Canyon and check out the walking paths. The other way is to drive the loop and just barely past the vistors center is a gravel pull off with a Do Not Enter sign. You may park here. Just follow the wash until you get to the cache. Either way it is about 260 feet.
The whole reason behind this cache is because I wanted to get people to come out to Red Rock Canyon and enjoy the beauty of the desert. If you are lucky you may see a few rabbits as well as wild flowers in bloom. I also wanted a place were people could drop off Travel Bugs quickly. This should not be a hard find. Just be sure that you cover it well when you are finished. This is a Travel Bug cache ONLY. If you do not have a travel bug please DO NOT trade. I am starting this cache with 17 travel bugs. My goal is to find more travel bugs so there is always at least 25 in there. As always you can trade as many travel bugs as you want. If you take 1 put one back in. If you trade for 5 travel bugs please put 5 travel bugs back. Please log your travel bugs as soon as you get a chance. I do not want any of them to get lost. Please sign the log book.
