Lake Frederick off 522. Will see brown public fishing lake sign at entrance. (if coming from Winchester & heading south)Old gravel road now blocked. Entrance is now into new subdivision- Shenadoah @ Lake Frederick Dr.- follow to brown & white sign at back of traffic circle.
You are looking for a ammo can. Reg. cache that includes a disposable camera.Please take a photo of your caching party. Lake Frederick is the perfect place to canoe, boat & fish.(trolling motor only) There is a bait shop on site in the parking lot-Wolf' minnow bucket. (They offer tackle, bait, boat rentals & snacks.) Note to letterboxers- bring your stamp & stamp pad. My stamp & log are in cache. ACCESS BY CANOE OR KAYAK ONLY!! (that is what we used to place it)Easy via water. You don't even want to try to bushwack around. Cache was replaced & restocked. Starting with a geocoin ,DVD, compass etc.
